What's your MOQ?
It depends on the format. Our typical buyer is scaling past 1,000-unit runs and into 5,000+ unit production. Send your spec and we'll quote you exactly.
How fast can you actually deliver?
Four to eight weeks once formulations, artwork, and materials are approved, depending on format. That's our standard, not a best-case promise. We commit to a date on the quote and we hit it.
Will I know where my order stands?
Yes. We give every brand a customer portal so you can place orders, track production progress, and check status in real time. No chasing your project manager for updates.
What certifications do you carry?
NSF-certified for Good Manufacturing Practices. FDA-registered. cGMP compliant. Our analytical lab is ISO-accredited and runs onsite.
Do you formulate from scratch or only co-pack what I bring?
Both. Our R&D team can formulate a new product around your concept, refine an existing formula, or run your finalized formula as-is.
